Personal data and cookies

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and collects no personal data. Your choice of light or dark theme is only remembered in your own browser.

Like any host, Hostinger keeps technical logs (IP address, pages visited) to keep the service secure and running.

The expedition maps display base maps provided by OpenFreeMap (data © OpenStreetMap contributors): when you view a map, your browser contacts their servers.

Guestbook

Messages left in the guestbook (first name or nickname, optional country, text) are stored on the host’s server and published after review. No e-mail address is requested. IP addresses are not recorded: only an encrypted fingerprint that cannot be linked to you is used, for one hour, to limit abusive posting. To have a message changed or removed, write on Instagram @waakal.
