Up the Nile River, from Alexandria to Khartoum
Summer 2021
The legendary Nile river, Egypt's nourishing artere since the first settlements in the region. Pharaohs, kings and queens prospered thank's to its potential and its use by their inhabitants, and build one the brightest and greatest civilization. Everywhere you will be able to contemplate those thousands years old monuments, temples and statues. You might even loose yourself in contemplation, between imagination and wonder. This travel was only the first part of a biggest project : going up the Nile river to its sources. Sadly, the geopolitical situation forbad us to go to the Blue Nile nor the White Nile sources. We then decided to stop where the two Nile join their forces : Khartoum's confluence. Hopefully next time we will be able to go further...
