The Silk Road

Because Marco Polo could do it, because the Romans were already (indirectly) using these roads, we had to try the Silk Road(s). Going from Europe to Asia without flying and without hotels. Our goal was to follow roads, rivers, lakes and railways, to sleep in our tents or at a new friend’s house. An amazing two-month long adventure, full of surprises, of awesome people and of landscapes we had never seen before.
